The current annual assessment amount is $581.00. Properties located in the Dominion Club are billed $348.60. Assessments are allocated for routine expenses within the Links community. Assessments are a deed restriction for each lot owned. Payment of annual dues are not contingent on any residential issues, fines or topics.
The annual assessment is billed on January 1 and due by January 30
Any balance not paid by the due date is subject to monthly interest charges. The monthly interest charges will continue until the account is paid in full. If the account is not paid in full within 6 months of its billing date, and has a balance due of more than $300.00, the account will be turned over to the Community’s attorney to begin the collections process. Statements are mailed every month to all accounts carrying a past due balance.
Once an account has been turned over to collections, the property management company can no longer discuss any account issues until the account has been brought current and is no longer in collection status.
