The “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Hampsted Village” specify that all improvements must be approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”) before the improvement begins. The ARC’s role is to work with area residents to ensure and maintain the community’s aesthetic standards.
The Architecture Review Committee is comprised of 3 committee members who evaluate the consistency of your desired project with the design guidelines and community homes.
As needed, when submissions contain major projects (i.e. new construction, additions, elaborate hardscapes, etc.), the Architecture Review Committee employs a licensed architect to provide professional evaluations.
