What are the Rules & Regulations?

The beauty of New Albany Links Homeowners Association is upheld by a level of conformity and uniformity throughout the various sections of the community. All homes located within the Association are bound to two specific sets of documents. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and the Code of Regulations.

Declaration of Covenants & Code of Regulations

It is the responsibility of the annually elected Board of Trustees to enforce these rules and regulations, and establish other governing guidelines and policies as the recorded Declarations and Code of Regulations allows. An example of this are the Architectural Design Guidelines.
